To Install this mod, you're going to need IMG Tool v2 (http://gta-worldmods.planet-multiplayer.de/phpkit/start/include.php?path=content/download.php&contentid=10) or GTA: SA Crazy IMG Editor (http://crazyvirus.net.ru/downloads.php?cat_id=1 This page is in Russian, but you will find the mod (it's the 3rd mod on that page), the link to download is at the bottom of section for this mod). The difference between IMG Tool v2 and Crazy Img Editor is that Crazy Img Editor can add/replace more than 1 file at a time, when IMG Tool v2 can only add 1 file at a time. Crazy Img Editor has more options, than IMG Tool v2. If you download Crazy Img Editor, it should be in English. So after you get either IMG Tool v2 or Crazy Img Editor, get back to Flying wheels and extract 17 wheel files somewhere, there's also folder called "vehicle". Extract that file in C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\models\generic (replace it with old one). Then Open IMG Tool v2 or Crazy Img Editor and open file "gta3" (Location is C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\models). Now you have to delete these files: wheel_gn1 wheel_gn2 wheel_gn3 wheel_gn4 wheel_gn5 wheel_lr1 wheel_lr2 wheel_lr3 wheel_lr4 wheel_lr5 wheel_or1 wheel_sr1 wheel_sr2 wheel_sr3 wheel_sr4 wheel_sr5 wheel_sr6 After you deleted all of them, select add and add 17 files with same names from "Flying Wheels". When you're done, just close IMG Tool v2 or Crazy IMG Editor and launch GTA San Andreas!

This video shows you a possible solution I found if reflowing with hot air doesnt work, to the E74 error message. Note do not atempt self repairs if u still have a warranty, if u do void ur waranty make sure u fully understand wat than means. Do not atempt relf repairs if u cant even get the case open by urself n know that ul nd thermal paste ahead if time. The problem is either the scaler chip or the grahics chip called ANA or the GPU. From over use the solder inside the chip became loose, my solution the same penny trick used to hold the memory in place. I simpy wraped 11 pennys, which mite be to much 10 should do but test around, in electrical tape and placed them on top of the chip the result when i place the cooling duct bak and the dvd drive back they will push the penys down and hold the loose scaler chip in place. I sugest u do this after heating the ANA with a hairdryer only for a short time no more than a minute just to soften it but not to much(this is reflowing without the correct tools but can work, dont use a hot air gun as its to hot for reflowing ur not removing it!). Do some testing with ur fingers like i did n see if it boots up. I found after a couple of days this actualy fixed it for good but cant say it will be the same for every one, meaning the penys hav 2 stay in, so secure them. The initial fault is bad solder(see other sites for indepth explanation) and it needs to be reflowed with heat for a more permanent solution same goes for the gpu as it <b>...</b>

The next thing I may try is changing the "clicking" sound ipods are famous for. In this video, I will show you how to modify and change ipod Touch and iphone application icons. 1)Download the browser from code.google.com download the self installing on. 2)Download "wedict" from installer. 3)Copy the image you want to use into your desktop. 4)edit image to 60X60 PIXELS 5)Open the ipod/iphone browser 6)connect your ipod or phone via usb 7)go to Applications/wedict.app 8) delete the file "icon.png" containing the original icon. 9)place 60X60 pixels picture into wedict.app 10)rename file "icon.png" 11)restart springboard or reboot ipod 12)send me $10 via paypal:) LOL (unless you really want to) NOTE: The icon image MUST BE 60X60 Pixels When you rename the new picture for an icon, it must be exactly the same as the old.
