Here is one of my Suzanne Vega ‘s favourite solo. Sometimes you don’t need to listen to guitar hero to find very cool solo… I don’t have the tab of this solo. I found it by myself. So please don’t ask me the tab. I try to record it close enough so you will be able to find it by yourself. It’s a good exercise !! After receiving many requests and since I play this song with my cover band here’s my attempt at Holy Wars...Recorded with POD X3 Live and with an Ernie Ball Music Man John Petrucci with Piezo pickups Cool thing I wanted to do with this song is take advantage of the Piezo Pickup and my new POD X3 Live, which allows me to process two independent channels at the same time.
here's a demo of what you can do with a PRS Custom 24 + a Pod XT. recorded through the line-out jack of the pod, straight into my audiophile soundcard. you'll have to excuse me, im more of a musician than a Guitarist... and still, being a bad guitarist, and using digital equipment and direct recording - you can hear the PRS scream! :) enjoy! cheers!

insted I used free impulses form the website Recabinet. The signal went from the PODXT line-out into my crappy SoundBlaster Audigy2 line-in, and the through the free VST plug-in "Kfir" I applied the impulse. Please, DON’T JUDGE MY PLAYING SKILLS, I've never had a guitar lesson!! This is just a tone test, to see how impluses work with POD XT. What do you think about it? How far is that from a real miced amp? take into account that the youtube audio is a lot worse than the original hi- ...
This is my first video upload. I used my POD XT LIVE, IBANEZ 7 strings, Cubase SX3, and a samsung photo camera for the video, then i did the sync on movie maker. Tuned 1/2 step down with killswitch installed by me. Little mistakes here and there.. see for yourself. I dont have the tabs, i learnt this song by ear and watching bucket on youtube.
